Questions

Do I need to buy anything else?

A paid Claude account ($20/mo for Pro). Everything else is optional and depends on whether you already have tools like Westlaw or iManage.

What if I don't have Westlaw / iManage / DocuSign yet?

We skip those connectors. The plugins themselves are still hugely useful without third-party connectors. We set up what you have.

Is my client data going anywhere?

The setup interview uses sample work product you choose. No live client data goes through our hands. The Claude account stays yours throughout — we work in your account, not ours.

What if Claude for Legal doesn't work for my practice?

The kickoff call is free. If after the call we don't think this will move the needle for your firm, we tell you and you pay nothing.

Do you offer ongoing support?

The post-handoff support call (2 weeks after delivery) is included. After that, most firms don't need us. For firms that want ongoing optimization, we offer a separate support retainer — but we won't pitch it unless you ask.
